GroomHub Judge

Digital scorecards for judges — score, submit, and keep working offline.

Signing in

Open the app and enter your personal PIN. You do not need a username — the PIN identifies you.

You can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in somewhere else automatically signs out the previous device, so nobody can score under your name while you are in the ring.

Filling in a scorecard

Pick the competition from your portal, then score each dog on the criteria shown. Your entries are saved as you go — you can leave the card and come back to it.

A card is only counted once you submit it. Until then it stays editable and is not visible to the president or the organiser.

Working offline

Competition halls have bad Wi-Fi. The app is built for that: once a competition is loaded, you can keep scoring with no connection at all.

Everything you enter is stored on your device and sent automatically as soon as you are back online.

Before you submit, make sure you have a connection. Submitting is the one step that needs the server.

Results and awards

After submitting you can review your card in your archive at any time.

Results become public only when the organiser publishes them — so a submitted card does not immediately appear on the public site.

Something went wrong?

Ask the president or the host at the event first — they can see the state of every competition and fix most problems on the spot.
